The Friends and Family Test (FFT) was introduced into GP practices from 1st December 2014. It is a short survey to help us assess how our patients rate the service we provide. There is also the opportunity to suggest an improvement that we might make. You do not have to write your name, so everything is anonymous.

The FFT can be completed after any dealing with the surgery - consultation, phone call, home visit - it doesn't matter what, we are keen to find out what you think about us. All responses will be read after the end of each month and a report posted in the surgery and on this website. We hope to be able to identify some action that we can take to help improve your experience at The Ash Surgery.

Please take a few minutes to complete the survey when you are in the surgery. If you would like any help with completing it, just let us know. We can also help with translation if needed.
