• Management of nail and skin conditions affecting the feet eg corn and callus reduction
• Gait assessment, prescription and manufacture of orthoses (insoles)

Patients can self-refer to podiatry by printing and completing the application form below.  This can either be emailed directly to podiatry.referral@merseycare.nhs.uk or dropped into the practice where a member of the clinical support team will email it for you.
