The Ash Surgery Weekly Walk 

Join us for a gentle walk around Sefton Park boating lake.  This is taken at your own pace with breaks to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Every Friday from 12 noon to 13:30.  Meet at the front of the practice.

 

Richie the Ranger

Guided walks led by the former Liverpool park ranger Richie Baker. Walks last an hour and a half and are easy walks.  They cost £2.50 per person unless otherwise stated.

Hale Coastal Ramble

A walk that meanders along the banks of the river Mersey discovering the delights and sights of the Hale coastline. We also view Hale Lighthouse and stand on the most southerly point in Lancashire. Good footwear required as it may be muddy in places and this walk is only recommended for the enthusiastic walker. Fair amount of walking and some uneven ground. Meet at St Marys Church, Hale, L24 4AX £2.50 pp.

Visit to Speke Hall & Gardens

An opportunity to visit this magnificent Tudor Hall and its stunning gardens, Dating back to 1530, the hall boasts amazing architecture and holds a fascinating history. Reduced Price of £12.00 which includes house and gardens (normal admission price is £15.00) National Trust Members are free. Please note: A minimum of 15 is needed for this visit to take place

Albert Dock Discovery Walk

A delightful tour that discovers one of our “hidden gems” Explore this former Gentleman’s estate and discover its fascinating history, Its beautiful trees, its enchanting “Orangery” and features and we also visit the site of the Hauntingly chilling, “Ghost of Allerton Tower”( Gentle walk) Meet at the Main Gate, Menlove Avenue, opp. Menlove Car Showroom £2.50 per person

St Michaels Hamlet & the Cast Iron Shore

Built in 1815 by Iron founder John Cragg, the walk discovers the history of the area, from ancient monks to modern day, the original cast iron houses, the beautiful cast iron church and we unfurl the true origin of the cast iron shore. Meet at St Michaels Railway station, St Michaels Road L17 7BJ £2.50 per person

Dingle Delights

Join us for this fascinating insight into this historic area. We discover the history of the area and visit the beautiful Turner Home, the Ancient Chapel of Toxteth and its intriguing graveyard. Meet outside Macdonalds on Aigburth Road. £2.50 per person
