We are dedicated to providing a high standard of care and service to all our patients and welcome any suggestions or ideas you may have to improve. You can do this by emailing admin.ashsurgery@nhs.net or drop in a letter at reception.

If you would like to make a formal complaint, please put this in writing to:

You will receive an acknowledgement within 3 working days of receiving your complaint.  We aim to resolve any issues raised within 28 days, however, if our investigation is going to take any longer, we will inform you of this.

If you remain dissatisfied with our response you have the right to contact the Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman’s Office to request an independent review of your complaint.
